Web Design Rates

Getting your small business or personal website built and running doesn't have to be expensive! Although my rates are very reasonably priced, there is absolutely no compromise on quality.

A common question is, how much will a website cost. Because each website is different, each with it's own unique set of requirements and functionality, costs will vary accordingly; it is not possible to list all prices here without knowing first what the project entails. A simple 5 page website is not the same as a database driven ecommerce website. Each project is assessed and an estimate given based on the complexity of the project.

Below are basic rates for web design services. If you need something more extensive, please contact me with your requirements.

• Initial Design Fee - $95.00 - This covers custom design, graphics, layout, general look of your website, and SEO friendly, W3C compliant coding of your design.
• Revisions -  5 revisions of initial design included (during initial design process, before coding begins). Additional revisions may be subject to an hourly  rate of $35.00.
• *  Pages - $24.00 each for the first 15 pages, $23.00 for the next 20 pages, $21.00 for pages thereafter. 
• ** Images - Up to 50 images - $3.50 each, Additional images (up to 100 total) - $3.00 each, Additional images (Total 101 & up) - $2.00 each
• Basic Maintenance - $35.00/hour, billed in 1/2 hour increments. First month free for websites I design or redesign.

• *** Forms - Basic - $40.00/4 fields (Extensive forms will incur an additional cost of $1.50 for each additional field. Basic forms include CAPTCHA enabling, copy of form results sent to sender.)
• *** Forms - Advanced - $50.00/4 fields (Extensive forms will incur an additional cost of $1.50 for each additional field. Advanced forms include CAPTCHA enabling, copy of form results sent to sender, transition effects, auto-responder message, custom images, custom background, and can include upload feature)
• Basic Text Logo - $35.00 (Example seen above. More extensive work will incur an additional charge)
• Custom Drop Down Menu - $25.00 basic. (More extensive work will incur an additional charge)
• Custom CSS Navigation - $40.00 (Search engine friendly, example seen above)
• Site Search Feature - $60.00
• Referral Feature - $65.00 (Includes form, separate form page, confirmation page & customization of form. Example: Refer a Friend)
• Custom Form Confirmation Page - $6.00 (Assures visitor your form has been submitted)
• Custom Purchase Thank You Page - $6.00 (Landing page after purchase is made; Assures visitor transaction has been completed.)
• PayPal Shopping Cart/Buy/Donate Buttons - .90 each
• Music - $40.00 first page, $10.00 each additional page. Music file to be provided by client.
• Video - $40.00 per video. File/s to be provided by client.
• Image Slide Show - $40.00 per slide show
• Convert File/s to PDF - $20.00 For Each Document;
• Telephone Consultation - 1 hour per month free; additional time billed at .20/minute

• Remove Background - $4.00 - $9.00 per image additional, depending on complexity  - Example -

(** Supplied in .jpg, .jpeg, .gif or .bmp format via email, digital via postal mail, or online source.)
(*** These forms do not work with Yahoo web hosting. I would recommend this host, which will probably save you some $ and they'll renew your domain name for free, for the life of your account with them)
